Boho Mexican style Wedding

If you desire a Boho Mexican style, you can pick a few ideas from Brie and Bill.
Brie and Bill want an authentic Mexican wedding. Their love story always had elements that connected with Mexican culture. Every wedding concept starts with an idea, or in this case, with a journey. An important milestone in their life travel was when Bill asked Brie to marry him in Tequila, a beautiful and romantic place in the heart of Mexico.
They have been traveling around Mexico and discovered the real culture: ancient traditions, vivid colors, intriguing flavors, and beautiful places. They also share the same favorite movie, “Coco”.
Bill wanted the setting for the ceremony to be simple. The wedding venue was in the middle of the beautiful virgin beach in Todos Santos, decorated with just a rustic arch a few steps by the sea. In every chair and bench, there were maracas to play for the kiss at the end of the ceremony.
However, they chose the Boho Mexican style for the cocktail at the pool deck and the reception in the back garden of the wedding destination hotel. The tables setup beautifully with Otomi runners, flower arrangements and cylinders with succulents. Also, silver cutlery, candle vases, bright napkins, and “papel picado” to contrast with the wood and green textures of the villa. A touching detail was the hand-painted tiles with the name of each guest on it that could be used as place cards during the reception and as souvenirs of the wedding.
Every detail in your wedding counts. The planner and decorator put creativity and time organizing the event. I won’t miss each and all of these details when I work as your wedding photographer so you and your family can recreate and remember the big day over and over.
For example, the dessert table was decorated with wooden boxes to give different levels like an “Altar de Muertos”. For decor candles, natural flowers, and Mexican sugar and ceramic skulls. On the wall, big colorful paper flowers. For the dessert, churros, Coco and Molten Boca.
The Sweetheart table was decorated with round and messy bouquets, flowers and greenery with a variety of vibrant colors. The groom and bride sat in comfy but very exquisite rattan chairs, and celebrate with their family and closest friends.
I can capture the fantastic essence of your wedding as I did for Brie and Bill´s dream wedding, beautifully executed by Karla Casillas, the wedding planner, in a magnificent wedding destination like Todos Santos.
